This is an advanced writing course. Students survey functional grammar and develop accuracy in using the mechanics of the English Language. It equips students to probe and experiment with diverse forms of essays. It highlights research papers, modifiers, parallelism, academic writing and helps students improve their ability to write cohesive, coherent, concise, and clear academic prose. It also explores strategies for building vocabulary in academic environment.
